Effective date: 14 July 2026. This policy is written for the planned Coffee Wholesalers online store and should be reviewed against the final back-end, service providers and business registration details before launch.

This website is operated by SSF Coffee Wholesalers, trading as Coffee Wholesalers, from Shop 10 Montana Value Centre, Montana, Pretoria, South Africa. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Coffee Wholesalers.

Online payments are intended to be processed through PayFast. We do not intend to store your full card details on the Coffee Wholesalers website. Payment information is handled according to the payment provider’s own terms, security controls and privacy practices.

Delivery is planned to be managed through Shiprazor and its connected courier services. Delivery information may be supplied to the relevant service provider so that your parcel can be collected, routed and delivered.
